Not automatically. The Ascott Limited operates a 272-unit serviced residence on Levels 7 to 33A of the same tower, and manages a further pool of units above it. Whether a specific unit falls inside that managed pool depends on the unit — ask for the current position before committing.

Ascott Star Residences has 13 layout types running from 689 to 2,971 square feet — one-bedroom, 1+1, two-bedroom, 2+1, three-bedroom, a dual-key three-bedroom, 3+1 and a 4+1.

The maintenance fee at Ascott Star Residences is approximately RM0.65 per square foot, inclusive of the sinking fund.
