This site is a set of static pages. It has no enquiry form, no account, no login and no shopping function. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers, and does not build a profile of you.

Fonts are served from this site itself rather than fetched from a font provider, so simply reading these pages sends no data to a third party for that purpose.

Some photographs and floor plans on this site are still served directly from Google’s user-content servers rather than from this site. When your browser loads those images, it makes a request to Google, which — like any web request — discloses your IP address and browser details to them, and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

Nothing is done with that on our side; we neither receive nor store it. It is disclosed here because it is a real third-party request, not because it feeds anything.

If you message via WhatsApp or email, whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact number, and what you are looking for — is used for one purpose: to answer you and to follow up about the property.

It is not sold, rented, or passed to unrelated third parties. Where progressing an enquiry requires it, details may be shared with the developer or their appointed solicitors, and only to that extent.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and email by your own provider. Messages travel through their systems under their policies, not ours.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to registered agents, then deleted. You may ask for it to be deleted sooner.

You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong or out of date, ask that it be deleted, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Withdrawing consent means we stop contacting you; it does not affect anything already lawfully done.
